Terms and Conditions
By Booking One of YourSupportPlug(YSP)'s Services, The Client Agrees To The Terms Below:
Booking & Availability
Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and a session date is scheduled. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
Payment & Late Fees

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due by the session date.

Deposits are applied toward your project balance only and cannot be used to cover late fees or any other charges. Late fees are due in addition to the remaining balance.

Balances not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of $25 per week up to a maximum of $100 until paid in full.

Final deliverables (films, clips, edits) will be released 3-4 weeks after the balance is paid in full.

If client fails to pay full balance, in addition to late fees, YourSupportPlug(YSP) has every right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice by email (info@yoursupportplug.com) or text to reschedule a session.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit is non-refundable.

No-call/no-shows forfeit their deposit and must rebook a new date, with a new deposit.
Tardiness Policy

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

After the 10-minute grace period, the client must reschedule by contacting via email (info@yoursupportplug.com) or text within 24 hours. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Travel Fees

Sessions located outside of Tallahassee FL, but are within the state of Florida, are subject to a travel fee, discussed during your consultation.
