Terms and Conditions

By Applying To One of YourSupportPlug(YSP)'s FREE Services, The Applicant Agrees To The Terms Below:

Applying & Availability

  • All services are free but limited due to staff availability. Applications are carefully selected by our staff to insure fairness, and quality production for business owners, creatives, and/or independent artist. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Applicant must provide at least a 48 hours' notice before their free service via email (info@yoursupportplug.com) if they need to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling requests made after 48 hours will result in cancellation and the free service will be given to the next available applicant.

  • No-call/no-shows will not be rescheduled, and the free service will be given to the next available applicant. 

 

Tardiness Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.

  • After  the 10 minute grace period, applicant must reschedule by contacting info@yoursupportplug.com for a new date within 24 hours when the 10 minute grace period is up. If applicant fails to contact within 24 hours, applicant forfeits their free service to the next available applicant. 

 

Travel Fees

  • If location is outside of Tallahassee FL, a donation is encouraged but not mandatory.
